What brands do you offer?

How is the price determined?

Screen Printed Apparel: 

Pricing for screen printed apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the color of the garments, the number of locations on the garment being printed, and the number of colors in your design.

Embroidered Apparel:

Pricing for embroidered apparel is determined by the quantity of items being ordered, the number of locations on the garment that is being embroidered and the number of stitches the embroidered design ends up to be.

Signs & Banners:

Pricing for signs & banners is determined by the size and quantity of the item being ordered, whether it is die-cut vinyl or full color printed & laminated and the material used. Please see our substrate examples.

Business Cards & Postcards:

Pricing for business cards & postcards is determined by the quantity ordered, whether the print is single sided or double sided and whether the print is single color or full color.

Is there a minimum quantity required?

Screen Printed Apparel: We suggest and highly recommend a minimum of 48 pieces, but smaller quantities are available.

Embroidery:  There is no minimum for embroidered items.

Signs & Banners: There is no minimum for signs & banners.

Business Cards & Postcards: A minimum of 100 business cards is required on all                 

          Business card orders. A minimum of 500 postcards is required on all postcard

          Orders.

Promotional Items: The minimum for our promotional items are determined by the item ordered. Please see our Promotional Products Online Catalog at www.speedyline.com

 

Can you create artwork for me?

Yes, we can create original artwork or recreate existing designs to fit your needs. Please visit our gallery to see examples of the work we have done for our clients.

 

Are there charges for artwork?

We offer an hourly rate of $65 per hour for artwork. Most simple designs can be created or recreated in an hour or two.  More complex artwork will be quoted once we know the details of your design.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Business Checks*.

*$39 processing fee may be charged for checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF checks).

 

What is the turnaround time for most orders?

Most orders are completed within 5-10 business days from the time your artwork is approved and all materials have been received. We will contact you about your order if there will be a delay outside of the standard turnaround times. Standard turnaround times are production time only and do not include shipping.

 

Return Policy?

We want our clients to be satisfied so to ensure your satisfaction, we will accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The quality of the embellishment is below a reasonable range of expectations

  • The final product is considerably different from the approved design

You must contact us within 5 business days to qualify for merchandise return. We reserve the right to inspect any merchandise that a client wishes to return and will do our best to meet your expectations.
